Donegal Township Board of Supervisors Monthly Meetings will be held on the first Thursday of each month @ 6 pm as a virtual and in-person meeting at the public meeting room at the Donegal Township Municipal Building located at 34 N Liberty Street, West Alexander, PA 15376
Anybody with a complaint can now fill out a complaint form and either mail, email or drop the form off at the Township Municipal Building. The following form must be filled out and signed. Complaint Form
Right to Know Information
The right to know officer (RTKO) is Secretary/Treasurer and back up is the Assistant Secretary/Treasurer (Heather Wood). Any right to know requests must be on a right to know form (below). Requests may be done in person or by contacting the RTKO: donegaltownship@gmail.com or mail the below form to:

Right to Know Request Form
Donegal Township will not receive any oral requests. All requests will be addressed as soon as possible. We may ask why the request is being made as in some cases knowing could actually help get a better response to the request. Please allow 5 business days for a response. The township may invoke a 30 calendar day extension if needed. This extension will be made in writing within the 5 business day window and will provide a date for the response.

The gym is available to rent for any occasion or sporting event. It can be rented for just about anything. We have rooms available for meetings or small get-togethers. We do have heating and air conditioning in the gymnasium. We now have a PA system in place for rent at a fee of $15.00 per event. The rental information is available on-line in our postings.
